These Terms govern your use of MemoSpot. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app in your country.
You are responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
We provide tools to report content and block users. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant MemoSpot a licence to host and display it so the app can function (e.g. showing your dishes to your followers).
Discover results come from third parties and are provided "as is"; we don't guarantee their accuracy or availability.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
